I am using TMDSCNCD28335 board. On CCS v6 I made test connection but the the test failed "The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has failed" and LD1 turned off on the board but LD1 on the docking board is lightning.

I tried to change the cable but it did not change any thing.

Kindly, Could you help me to solve this issue?

Is it possible that the board is damaged now? There are switches on the controlCARD that determine whether you will be able to connect with USB cable vs using a standalone JTAG debug probe. Could you check the controlCARD user guide and make sure that those switches are set for the type of connection you are using?
