Where is the allocation of the CCS Gel file in the project?

And is there mannual to introduce how to use of it?

Hi,

The GEL file is added to the target configuration file (ccxml) . When you launch a debug session in CCS, you can view the GEL file and the functions within it.

The GEL file is present in the CCS installation directory in the folder ccs\ccs_base\emulation\gel

Yes, that's correct. You can see the GEL file in the editor.
