TIDM-02010: what is the work process of EMI SENSE and EMI RESET

EMI sense and EMI reset are part of the active EMI solution. They along with the INJ signals have the ability to force out-of-phase noise on the the chassis ground to help reduce common-mode noise. Please see the schematic for a full implimentation.
