The user's guide for the universal motor control lab contains a system-level control block diagram for each build level of FOC. Let me know if you are asking for other stuffs.

We need to do CAN communication and program upgrades. Where can I find FAST related routines based on CAN communication?

Could you have a look at the software example "servo_drive_with_can" under the "solutions" folder in the Motor Control SDK and see if it is useful for your development?
