What meaning of the bit 0 BLOCKED? When DCSM is in BLOCKED state?
Hi,
BLOCKED state is state of device before security initialization is done and device goes into this state after every reset. Apart from this, DCSM and hence the device goes to BLOCKED state if any of the zone's CSM password gets loaded as all 1's from USER OTP.

No. The RAMOPEN will not open any inaccessible RAM which is configured through the GRAMRAM OTP config.
