TMS320F28386D: Script to flash the .out file

Normally I use the uniflash to flash the .out to the three cores of F28386D.

But I want to know is there script can be used to flash? It will improve the effiency, i did not need to open the uniFlash and browse the .out for each core and then load image.

Does TI have the example script?
