TMS320F28388D: Safety package SAFETI CQKIT

we are planning to use TMS320F28388D data sheet, product information and support | TI.com but this is not mentioned in SAFETI_CQKIT IDE, configuration, compiler or debugger | TI.com list of controller supported. Can we this safety kit for TMS320F28388D code development? i.e. CCS and compiler TI v22.6.0.LTS and driver code provided can be considered qualified tools for developing code?

Yes. If you use the C2000 compiler to build your code, then you can use the associated safety compiler qualification kit.

Thanks from prompt reply George. I checked C2000_CLA_SAFETI_CQKIT_RV — C2000 and CLA safety compiler qualification kit (leverages compiler release validations) option at SAFETI_CQKIT IDE, configuration, compiler or debugger | TI.com as controller TMS320F28388D falls under C2000 family.

This Safety compiler qualification kit specifies "Supported products and hardware" as follow's

This list does not include TMS320F28388D hence I am confused if I can use this Safety complier qualification kit.

That list is not meant as a complete list of all the devices for which the cqkit can be used. Instead, it shows several devices as examples of what is supported.
