Resetting problem

I am using TMDXDOCK28035 kit. There is a problem in connecting the CCS v3.3 to the kit as described in the following attatched file and cannot connect to f28035 controlCARD. How can i reset the processor to enable CCS connection with it to deploy my applications on it?
