TMS320F2800157 has a dual core system. In the technical reference manual of the controller, I could see that in LCM_CONTROL register, bit 0 i.e. CMPEN. In description I could see some content regarding dual mode/dual-core mode. I want to run 2 different task in dual core mode. Is there any other document or application note about this feature which I can refer to?

    Hi,

    The 157 is not a dual core system, but a system with lockstep. The lockstep core cannot be used separately from the primary core. It is only a redundant backup for safety checking the values of the primary core. It cannot be used separately.
