TMS320F2812: importing ccsv3.3 projects into higher version of CCS

Part Number: TMS320F2812

I have a project developed in CCSv3.3 and I want to import it into higher version of CCS. Please suggest me the CCS version best suited for migration. Also please note the i am using Spectrum digital XDS510LC USB debugger.

The last version of CCS to support the XDS510 class emulators was CCS 8.3.1. Hence, I suggest using that version.
