1. Based on TRM of DCSM section Table5-1, is the ram ownership and accessiblibity unsecue if both Z1/Z2 grambram bit is configured to 2'b11 and Z1/2 CSM passowds are not pogrammed?
2. Does this configuration has any significance in my application? I think it increase my configuration difficulty.
Hello,
If you have not programmed any CSM passwords, the values of GRABRAMx/GRABSECTx are not relevant. However if either of the zone's passwords are programmed and that zone becomes locked, the corresponding memory region will become inaccessible. If you want a memory region to be unsecure but still secure other memory regions, the GRABRAM/GRABSECT bits corresponding with the unsecure region should be programmed to b10.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
Luke
