TMS320F28386D: Deinitialization function

Really sorry for the delay in response.

To answer the question, we don't have a specific function which deinitializes all the registers to default value, but if incase you would wish to stop the PWM, you can choose to turn off the TBCLKSYNC bit which is the PWM clock enable / disable bit.

Also, there are individual bit / register level functions which you can use to configure the register back to the default value.
