I have sperate workspace for Flash bootloader & Application.

want separate Interrupt Vector Table (IVT) for FBL & Application.

Query:

How to re-initialize the vector table after jumping to main application?

In Application linker file where i need to update new address of Application Interrupt Vector Table?

    Import both projects into CCS.

    flash_ex3_sci_flash_kernel will come up with CPU1_RAM build configuration by default. Change this to BANK0_LDFU. This is what we want to refer to. The linker cmd file here is 28003x_flash_bank0_LDFU_lnk.cmd.

    In this example, 0x80000 is the Flash entry point into the FBL. Refer to the function bankSelect() in flash_kernel_ex3_ldfu.c in the flash_ex3_sci_flash_kernel project. You will see it has a #pragma for the codestart section. In the linker file, codestart for the FBL is mapped to BEGIN which is located at 0x80000. If you look further down in this same bankSelect() function, you will see how it branches to the Application ( asm("    LB 0x8EFF0");)

    buck_F28003x_lfu will come up with the BANK0_FLASH build configuration by default. This is what we want to refer to, specifically the linker cmd file called f28003x_bank0_flash_lnk_lfu.cmd. This project has an assembly file called f28003x_codestartbranch.asm, which contains the codestart section for the application. In the linker file, codestart is mapped to BEGIN which is located at 0x8EFF0. In the assembly file, _c_int00 is called which is the compiler C initialization routine which eventually calls main() of the application.

    As far as setting the IVT to a default handler, that function is present in each device's driverlib in interrupt.c, and is called Interrupt_initVectorTable(). You can use this in your initialization code by including "device.h" (which includes driverlib.h which includes all the peripheral headers as well as interrupt.h). Also, interrupt.h defines Interrupt_register() to register a specific interrupt vector, and Interrupt_unregister() to clear a specific interrupt vector (like you want to do after branching from the FBL to the App).
