I need pinout of the HSEC connector.

I have the control card and the mcu, I try to understand pin 1 in HSEC goes to pin # ? in the header

This is in C2000Ware. https://www.ti.com/tool/C2000WARE

After install the pinout is described here: "C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_00_00_00\boards\controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28388D\Rev.B\TMDSCNCD2838x_RevB_180cCARD_pinout.pdf"

The layout can be seen in the parent directory. Please note that the HSEC's pin 1 is not the same as the connectors pin 1.
