Dear all TI technical staff,
I have contacted you in order to explain fault encountered on TMDSHVMTRINSPIN motor control kit.
As indicated in previous comment we follow correctly set-up as indicated in TI guide MotorWare GUI QSG datasheet.
Now, I need to know by you if you can send me a new part of TMDSHVMTRINSPIN application (in warranty) in order to replace damaged device.
I’ve shipped in July under warranty damage device to be replace.
I need to evaluate my PMSM motor with your TI motor control kit application, please inform me if you can replace damage parts in warranty.
I’m waiting for your feedback.
