TMS320F280039C: Flash Programmer Error

Team,

Customer is using above device in charger project controlling DAB. They are getting below error randomly while flashing the device.

They already checked the power supply to the MCU on scope and it looks clean without any noise during the operation. Can you please help debug what is causing this issue and suggest some solution?

Can customer confirm that the boot mode pins are set to "wait boot" to see if that addresses the issue? If this is only happening at different power ups that may be the issue.

You mentioned that this occurs randomly, assuming there are successful program attempts, if above is the issue I wouldn't expect to see if the program happens OK and they try to re-program; it would only be on power up that we catch the device in unknown state without wait boot.
