Hi expert,

How much accuracy can a DAC achieve? Is it 12bit like ADC? How to distinguish the high and position of the register?

Thank you for your patience.

The buffered DAC on CMPSS module is 11-bit DAC. You can find more information about it in 6.12.5.5.7 Buffered Output from CMPx_DACL Electrical Characteristics.

You can use the register COMPCTL[COMPDACE] to enable DAC. Please note that enabling CMPSS_DAC disables other functionality: DACH, both COMP, the Ramp Generator, and the digital filters.
