Hi TI Support,

I'm Using TMS320F28377DPTPEP and In electrical characteristics section it says Low-level output sink current for all output pins is 4mA,

Is it For All the Output Pins Combined Or Per Pin?

Karthikeyan,

If the current is continuous (which is unlikely) then we would recommend to keep it limited to <2mA in general because it will cause the internal VDDIO supply to rise. You may want to take advantage of the IBIS model at https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28377D?keyMatch=28377D#design-tools-simulation
