TMS320F28335: Getting Error-1015@0x0 while flashing program into experiment kit.

I am getting the below error message while flashing the program into experimenter kit.

" Error connecting to the target:

(Error -1015 @ 0x0)

Device is not responding to the request. Device may be locked, or the debug probe connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible (e.g. use wait in reset mode, and power-cycle the board). If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

(Emulation package 9.9.0.00040) "

Please help me with this.

Hello Chaya,

Have you configured security passwords for this device? Try doing what the error states and unlock the device, otherwise if the issue persists try to double-check your JTAG configuration to confirm whether this is a hardware issue. If you have not programmed the passwords but the device is locked, there will be no way to unlock it.
