Following is a CMPSS Electrical data and timing for F280039C-Q1

When looking Hysteresis value, there are MIN~TYP~MAX variation.

Please let me know what is causing this variation?

I believe the variation is due to the resistor tolerance and temperature.

I'll ask the design team and update you as soon as I have more information.

Hi Taro,

The range reported for hysteresis is caused by the process variability and operating environment of the chip. Actually, characteristics of a semiconductor device change depending on levels of activity, due to variable software operation or CPU loading, and also from environmental conditions.
