Hello,
Our customer use TMDSCNCD28388D to evaluate F28384S.
Customer changed the clock source from 25 ＭHz to 20 ＭHz on TMDSCNCD28388D.
After running for a total of six hours for two days, it suddenly stopped outputing 3.3V.
5V and 1.2V are fine, bur 3.3V is only about 1.5V output.
Is there a problem like this when switching external crystals?
In addition, could you please help to get any clue on the problem?
