Could you please help to recommend C2000 hero product?

Requirement:

Pins:80-100;
Flash：512K (Bootloader backup）；
support functional safety;
8 high-precision PWM outputs;
More than 14 high-precision ADCs;
With sleep function, sleep power consumption is less than 5uA, external interrupt wake-up;

TMS320F28075 is the closest device to match teh 512 KB and 100-pin option.

None of the C2000 devices offer single uA sleep mode though.

This will be applied to PCS(Power Conversion System), TI's product could be used in the secondary after separating the functions, which can reduce Flash to 256-384, Pins to 80. Are there any recommendation?

Besides, May I ask the current consumption under sleep mode in F28075 and 80pins product? Thank you!

Kailun,

I will answer the currents part. This information is provided in page 36 and 37 of www.ti.com/lit/SPRS902. As you can see, even in Hibernate mode, the currents can be up to 7 mA at high temp, although it is around 1 mA at room-temp.
