TMS320F28377D-EP: Temperature cycles

I would like more information concerning thermal endurance of your part number TMS320F28377D-EP.

We want to use TMS320F28377D-EP, but we don't have any information concerning the lifetime of the component when the component it has been tested under the following thermal stress:

-From the minimum operating temperature -55 °C to room temperature (20°C).

We would like to know how many cycles of this minimum to room temperature will be able to endure.

Per the EP datasheet the device has been tested from -55C to 125C:

Here a table regarding the % of time the system is working in each temperature during a cycle. We will be powered on constantly.

Hello Itsasne,

The quality expert informed me that we don't spec this sort of endurance of power cycling, however you can refer to Table A7.1 in the AEC-Q100 for an example of applying the Coffin-Manson equation for this.
