Hi Kevin-san,

We confirmed a behavior of a SDFLG register in SDFM.

Each bits of interrupt are blue rectangle signals on below diagram.

We need only status of compare filter detection, do not need interrupt to CPU1/2.

Therefore we enable interrupt source on SDFM, and disable SDy_ERR level in PIE.
