Hello, I have a question.

I want to program the IC TMS320F28075 via boundary scan.
I need a program that converts my hex file into an SVF file.

Is that even possible? If yes, how?

I am not familiar with an SVF file. It would certainly help to know the details of the hex file formats created by the C28x hex utility. For those details, please search the C28x assembly tools manual for the sub-chapter titled Description of the Object Formats.
