Why after enable HWBIST , the JTAG connection will be break?

Huihuang,

Please give me an additional day to look into this. I'm wondering if this is caused by the reset action at the end of a HWBIST run, or if JTAG logic is part of the HWBIST test itself. Will research a bit ore and get back to you.

Huihuang,

I believe this is due to the core bounding that takes effect when HWBIST is active. Please see page 4 of https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spraca7
