TMS320F2800157: Changing to RAM to Flash memory

Hello Team,

We are working on TI launchpad F280015x. We have below query while interfacing with TI driver board and launch pad.

We have used and tested all the BSW modules on TI launch pad.

It's working as we expected, but code is stored in the RAM location. when I changing to RAM to Flash memory, we are facing the error, ISR involved BSW codes.

Could please suggest us any tool setting or configuration to be set on microcontroller memory segment.

Hi PremKumar,

What changes did you do to the project to change from RAM build to Flash build?

Above error says that the uart_functions.h is not found - It is not saying anything about flash build.

Did you go through the FAQ that I mentioned?

Hi Vamsi,

I configured the UART function in the RAM build,

I didn't modify any changes on the project. Just I am changing to RAM to Flash memory.

I am getting this error.

I'll follow the steps you mentioned.

Hi PremKumar,

I tried to change the RAM build to Flash build (and also LaunchXL_Flash) and did not face any issue. I am successfully able to compile that project. Please ensure that the required header files are included in the project appropriately.
