TMS320F28335: Device not booting from flash memory

I am trying a simple led blink code using the F28335.cmd. 

The code is built fine and flashed to the control card. I expect the code to run whenever a hard reset is done to the device. 

But it doesn't happen so.

Device does nt run the code after boot unless it is flashed again

I am using the default  F28335.cmd without any change

Looking for some help to fix this

    Hello Shraddha,

    Is the LED blinky code an example you created or one you imported from C2000Ware? Can you verify that the F28335.cmd is not excluded from the build of the project (you can do this by right-clicking on the file)?

    Can you please clarify what you mean by hard reset? Is this a reset using XRSn or power the board on/off? Are you connected to CCS using JTAG and can verify where the program is when booting?
