Build and Debug C2000 MCUs in VSCode

Hi,

I would like to ask how exactly can I build and debug C2000 MCUs in VSCode? I was trying it (write "lauch.json" for debug and communication with TMS320F28xx launchpad) but it was unsuccessful since I have no manual for that.
