TMS320F28335: About writing C2000 using XDS200

We are using XDS200 to write to C2000 (TMS320F28335PGFA).
However, an error like the one shown in the figure occurs. I can't write properly.
Are there any possible factors?

(Error -2083)

I'm using the latest Unifrash.

Are you able to see your XDS200 in your PC's device manager?

Send the Device Manager screen.
The device seems to be recognized and I believe there is no problem.

Hi,

Do you have the same problem if you use Code Composer Studio, or is this problem only with Uniflash?
