TMS320F280039C：配置程序在Flash运行，生成的.out文件转成.hex文件问题

我在调试F280039的Demo板时，将程序配置为在Flash中运行，通过hex2000工具将.out文件转为.hex文件时有告警，且生成的hex文件内容看起来有问题（前面几行的地址是0x8000开始，但是查手册发现这个地址是LS0 RAM）

转换时告警：

转换后hex文件地址有用到0x8000：
