• Lab05g --> Speed mode and tuning speed PI with fpu32
• Lab11a --> Simplified Project without CTRL Object plus InstaSPIN features

In lab 11a there is no motor identify support.we need motor identification & motor run with closed loop like SMOmode what lab suits  for this task.one more doubt  in lab 11a we can run with  a load & it runs closed loop or open loop

we have f280025c controller also using Motor Control SDK 5_0 version.in this controller we run with HV-KIT universal motor control lab using fast algorithm the motor estimation successfully worked.our doubt was using fast algorithm  we can run closed loop or we can only ESMO algorithm.

We are Using F280025C Control card with MCSDK Universal Motor Lab C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_4_00_00_00 version.using this code we run a 1-HP motor it runs good in closed loop whenever we trying to run 3-HP motor with kilowatt the voltage was fold my observation was the speed ref was we are given 110 hertz whenever it reaches 60 hertz the voltage was fold that time the power kilowatt above 1.5 kilowatt the motor was not run.any parameters we want to change for above problem.  

same code we need to tune upto 10-hp also what variables we have to change suggest me.

What do you mean by "voltage was fold"? Are you saying the DC bus voltage decreases when the motor gets to a certain speed? Or something else?

• What build level are you using?
• What kind of supply (AC or DC) and voltage are you supplying?

We are using build 4,We are sullying dc voltage (330 volts,10Amps).

I wanted to understand whatis the power supply's status is in this test. Are you seeing it going below your set 330V and is the current capping out at 10A?
