TMS320F280049C: ADC get saturated at 2.5 V

Part Number: TMS320F280049C

I have configured ADC at 3.3V internal reference voltage. but my ADC count get saturated at 2.5 V. Please help me to resolve this issue

    Prajakta,

    Can you check the ANAREFSEL register inside the analog subsystem registers; and make sure both ANAREFxSEL = 0(internal ref) and ANAREFx2P5SEL = 0(1.65V ref/ADC 3.3V FSR).  Depending on your package some or all of the VREFHI inputs may be on the same pin.  If so, both the above settings will need to match for ADCA/B/C as needed.
