Need help answering the following question. I checked the datasheet and TRM but not finding any mention of JTAG IEEE compliance. Thanks
We are using TMS320F28388D for our applications and for verification purposes we have to know which standard is applied for JTAG interface. Can you confirm that TMS320F28388D is compliant with IEEE 1149.1:2013 or other derived/similar standard? Do you have any declaration of conformity or better test report of the compliance?
