In my case what does the YFC - 05C6DJW mean ( datecode, year, month, ... )

    The device markings you pointed out correspond to the wafer fab code, silicon revision code, the 2-digit year/month code, assembly lot, and assembly site code. This information is usually for customers who require having multiple devices from the same lot/fab.
