TMS320F28069M: InstaSPIN motor ID reaches illegalirs

Greetings! I am trying to ID an asynchronous three phase motor with our lab02 project. So every thing works fine until i reach the moment when i have to lock the rotor. The motor is spinning slowly in the first phase and so on. But when I lock the rotor and reenable the procedure, after a few seconds my program reaches PIE_illegalirs. Any suggestions?

It seems the problem has another nature. I have a contactor who shorts a big input resistor after the filter caps are charged. Because this time the motor is quite powerful, when the uC enters the second phase it disturbes the powerline and forces the contactor to turn off. This leads to a lot of disturbances and confuses the uC.
