TMS320F28386S: DxINITDONE Bit 3 Description Incorrect?

Greetings,

I am looking at spruii0e, Table 3-255. DxINITDONE Register Field Descriptions.  For bit 3, INITDONE_D1, both values, 0 and 1, have the same description.  Should the 0 value have the same description as the other INITDONE_xy bits?
