C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK: SFRA GUI Not Connecting

Are you using latest SDK and latest SFRA GUI versions?

May I know which Device is used for testing and SW code (llc or pfc), So that I can replicate above from my end?

I am using latest DPSDKv5_00_01_00 and CCS Version: 12.4.0.00007.

SFRA version according to release note: V1_50_02_00.

I am currently testing PFC and I am also getting an access error while clicking on Run SFRA through Main.syscfg file in CCS:

I think the "access is denied" issue is due to the PC permissions. I was able to clear it by running on another PC. 

However the SFRA is still not getting connected to board via GUI.

I changed the Baud rate at the above mentioned destination and it still says "Could not connect: Please check connections"

Baud rate need not to be changed, only VBUS_CLK need to be changed. I repeated same scenario at my end, and it is able to connect with this fix. Can you provide snippet of the change and error you are facing after setting up connection with corresponding COMPORT (Checked from device manager).

Yes, I only changed the VBUS_CLK, nothing else:

(Tried with both Port 9 and 10)

You need to use comport10.

Can you share the snippet of TTPLPFC_setupSFRA() code in ttplpfc_main.c with if conditions. Which loop are you enabling? Is it voltage or current loop?

I figured there were some incorrect switch positions on the TMS320F280039C controlCARD and then after making the firmware changes in VBUS_CLK that you mentioned, it is working.

SFRA is now getting connected.
