TMS320F28386S: Does the boot ROM clear memory

Greetings,

                I understand that the Boot ROM will initialize the memories so that we don’t need to do that.  I’ve looked at the code for the ROM, and nothing jumps out at me as clearing the memories to 0.  Does the boot ROM's initialization do that too?
