TMS320F28388D: CMAC example Issue

Hi all,

My customer needs urgent support on F28388D CMAC. They failed to run the CMAC example in C2000Ware_5_00_00_00\driverlib\f2838x\examples\c28x\boot

I tried to run the example and failed too.

Following are the my steps running the example:

1. Debug the CPU1 project

2. Hit resume (ro not hit resume), then disconnect

3. Connect to CPU1

In the memory browser window, set address 0xD00/D01 to 0x5AFFFFFF and address 0xD04 to 0x000A

Hit reset

Hit resume

The LED remains off, indicating that Secure Boot is failed.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

Hi Foley,

Thank you for the information, now I use .hex file to load program. However, the key written in .hex mismatches the calculated one:

As I understand it, the golden key is written to 0x80002 and the calculated key is at 0x87002 for this exmaple, and they should be the same.

Any idea what's the problem here?
