Can a function without encryption access the function in the encryption zone?

    It is incorrect to use the terms encrypt/decrypt or encryption/decryption in the context of the CSM/DCSM module. What the CSM/DCSM module does is to block access to resources (such as RAM blocks or Flash sectors) secured by it. 

    In light of the above, If I can reframe your question to "Can a function running in unsecure memory access a function in secure memory”, the answer is “No”.
