TMS320F280025: Allocations to a hard-coded address

Dear Team,

I create an output section named USER1 in the main.c file. I want to assign this section to a fixed address rather than an address range.

It looks like this in the map file.

But the compiler gave a warning.

How do I specify a page for user1?
