device: TMS320F28054MPNQ
Phenomenon: When the program is running, the motor itself will make a current sound. As the voltage gets higher (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 600V), the current sound gets louder.
The customer speculates that the phenomenon is caused by FAST's estimator (estimates the position of the motor rotor), so it needs to be turned off. Motion's controller and FAST's estimator are turned on at the same time, causing the problem(the program writes the switches of the controller and estimator together, not separate controls).
Summary: What the customer needs is to find the interface for the estimator switch in the program, or the parameters for eliminating the sound.
