TMS320F28062: Simulation debugging error, no way to run

HI

I debug the code and find that I keep getting errors when debugging.
Even when I built a newly empty project with very little code in it, the debug simulation still went wrong.
I tested the simulator with the connection and the connection was successful.
How do I fix this mistake.
Can you help me solve this mistake

    Hi,

    The error message is saying that there is a problem with your JTAG debug probe, not with your project code.

    Could you share an image or link to the JTAG debug probe that you are using? 

    Are you able to see your debug probe in device manager?
