Still working on this. I will give you an update by the end of the week.

We will rework the kits to include the correct USB cable. Your customer will be able to return the product to get a corrected kit. I'm working on the timeline to get the kits updated. I will communicate when I have a timeline defined.

Besides that, I do have another concern which is regarding our ex-stocks. Based on system, we currently have 167pcs of stocks in warehouse I am unsure if there are also with same issue as mentioned in above. Do you able to trace back the batch number/lot code/date code which having this kind of issue so that I can triggering my team and take note.
