TMS320F28388D: ePWM

Sir,

I work with TMDSCNCD2838x_RevB_180cCARD and want to have the ePWM continuing output, I use the examples(epwm_ex2_updown_aq.c) in driverlib building a project.

After runing, I find the output of epwm1A discontinuing as following picture(yellow), periodlly stoping interval of time is about 2.5second. I didnt know the reason，and need your help.

Hi,

To understand your question clearly, are you suggesting that the PWM is only running for ~2.5 seconds and stopping after that?

Did you make any changes to the available example? Can you share the changes, if any?

Hi, Aditya,

We didn't make any change to the example and PWM is running continually. If the sweeping time of the oscilloscope(ms level) is short , wei did watch a continuing wave form,but if the sweeping time of the oscilloscope(s level),wei will watch a stoping period(~2.5 seconds).

Hi,
That may be the configuration setting in the oscilloscope and doesn't have anything to do with the PWM output. Kindly check on the oscilloscope side.
