As mentioned above, that depends on the algorithm and control frequency you want. F28379 can get a higher control loop frequency than F28004x with the same algorithm since its high CPU clock frequency.

I am planning EPC2302 or EPC23101. tests should show which is more suitable. I want to start EPC9173 and EPC9186.
Sensorless-FOC
Our motors have a max 5000 RPM. We have had very good experience so far with 027 and 062. For low RPM Instaspin this is better.

What's the pole pairs of the motor? What's the stator resistance and inductance of the motor?

I have motor 7 pole pairs, RLC show ~0.2R and 32uH

Are there any TI examples with such transistors? The question is how to deal with delays and where to regulate them. Of course, I will find and check everything myself. It is always useful to learn from the experiences of others. I can avoid unnecessary mistakes.
