TMS320F28335: Cannot Flash Hardware TMS320F28335PGFA (Custom_Board)

Dear Sir,

I am developing new hardware from TMS320F28335PGFA but I failed to flash the hardware.

I have tried to flash with another demo board with same firmware, it was success.

So, I think it is my hardware connection problem.

Can you help advise which part of my diagram were wrong and causing this ERROR.

Hi,

You are trying to program the flash through the JTAG interface, correct? Two suggestions below:

Verify power rails are maintaining the proper voltage level
1. Probe power rails
Verify connections / signal integrity of JTAG interface between device and debug probe (XDS100)
1. Probe signals if needed

Thank you for reminding, I forget most basic HW debug... To connect ferrite bead to supply power rail.
