Our project need to use the internal temperature sensor of F28386D, so use the ADCA SOC13 configured to read ADCIN13.
One question is about the setting of sample and hold window, due to ADCA is already used.
In the example, the Sample Window is 140 SYSCLK cycles.
In the our project, we want to set Sample Window as 15 SYSCLK cycles.
The question is does Sample Window setted as15 SYSCLK cycles meet the minimum sample and hold window duration of the internal temperature sensor of F28386D?
