    Sagar,

                TMS320F28335PTPS is the commercial version (–40°C to 125°C). SM320F28335PTPS operates at extended temperature ranges (-55°C to 150°C) and is much more expensive. Please refer to the respective device datasheets  for more information. Yes, they are available.
